How will I know once my item has been picked up?

Throughout your shipment, you can expect to receive email alerts on the progress of your item.  Once a truck has been dispatched to the pickup location, you will receive an email stating that the Load Status has been updated to In Transit to Pick-up Location. Then, once your item has been picked up, you will receive another email stating that the Load Status has changed to In Transit to Drop-off Location.
